With VX, analysts look for the terrorist with Mass SIGINT capabilities. By location- querying the attack area, they found a few suspicious profiles categorized under “terror”. After looking closer at each of the suspicious profiles, the analysts found a new lead: one of the suspicious profiles browsed websites on how to build an improvised explosive device. The customer then monitored the suspect to arrest him.
