Customs organizations have started to turn towards analytics and
AI to facilitate customs clearance, inspections, and fraud detection.
However, most have struggled to deploy systems capable of analyzing large
quantities of diverse, siloed data sources, and have been unable to generate
actionable insights that can inform their decision-making processes
on a practical, day to day basis.
Decision Intelligence was designed to meet this challenge. It leverages
analytics, machine learning, and AI to help customs officials modernize
their processes and make smarter decisions to increase revenue collection,
conduct more precise enforcement and optimize clearance.
