The API is a standardized and controlled way for: + Specifying a set of functions that another system can use to request data from NEXYTE. + Defining rules and data structure that is exchanged between the systems. Government and law enforcement agencies often work together in inter-agency taskforces. In these cases, NEXYTE’S API-based openness enables easier and more effective inter-agency collaboration. NEXYTE’s API suite supports a variety of actions: + Data setup and management API to create, update and delete system data from any source. + Analytics enrichment API to apply enrichment rules to data from external systems/databases. + Microservice plugins API supports machine learning algorithms. Support adding plug-in micro services to be run on annotated data. + Information request API to provide data from NEXYTE intelligence-rich entities to external systems per request. The API enables interfacing with external systems to receive requests for data analysis and provide the resulting intelligence. Data can be provided regarding structured or unstructured entities, according to the external party’s query parameters.
